Returning clients turned friends

I am beyond thankful for the photography business journey I have been on and those who have supported me along the way. Here are a few couples who I wanted to celebrate as they all have some pretty big milestones for me to capture again this year!

Megan & Rafferty Carothers (plus the kiddos)

I'm Megan, and I met Cassidy while working at the Saginaw Children's Zoo together, where we quickly became friends. My husband and I got married in 2020, which Cassidy was our photographer for and since then have had three boys, including twins! 

Cassidy has taken our Christmas photos almost every year since 2019. My favorite session has got to be our most recent, which was a spring mini session that we turned into maternity sessions. A close second would be our wedding photos, I stare at these on my  walls daily. 

She definitely loves what she does and it shows in her photos which keeps us coming back. 

Taylor & Hayden Boensch

My name is Taylor and I met Cassidy in the fall of 2019 at a wedding expo. I knew immediately upon meeting Cassidy that she was the wedding photographer for me. Little did I know, she would be so much more.

It’s hard to pick a favorite session because they are all amazing. But, I would have to say besides our wedding, it’s our engagement photos. That’s where I knew I made the best decision, she captured the love between my husband and I perfectly. I’ve had well over 5 sessions with her since and many more to come.

I could say I keep coming back because she can actually get my husband to smile. But it’s so much more than that. She’s been there for so many big moments in our lives. She knows the vision I have for the session down to the smallest details. She’s truly amazing at her craft and I am so lucky to have had her capture so many moments of our lives.

Abbey & Cole Worden

We’re Abbey and Cole Worden. We met in college at Saginaw Valley, I’m a social worker and Cole is an engineer. We live Kalamazoo now with our corgi Luna and are expecting our first child!

Our favorite session with Cassidy was when she and Scott photographed our wedding! From first look, to ceremony, to family, and dancing the night away, Cassidy and Scott were able to capture the story of us. When we look back at all of our photos we are so happy to think of all the special moments that happened in only a matter of hours and how amazing we and that day felt. Now going in to parenthood, we have a feeling our favorite session with her might change to be the day she meets our boy for his newborn pictures.

I knew Cassidy through Greek Life and that’s when we started our journey of having her capture every special moment of our lives. Cole is not a picture person and I’ve worked with a lot of professional photographers in my life. No one has made Cole feel so comfortable and delivered to my high expectations EVERY single time like Cassidy has. From her prompting, to scenery, posing, lighting, essentially seeing the whole vision through and through, we trust her more than anyone to take care of documenting our special moments, even when we are 3 hours away from her! We know there is no one else who deliver like Cassidy and Co can.
