I have never been so honored to photograph someone's wedding than I was this past Saturday. Sam and Deven gathered with some of their closest family members for an intimate backyard wedding ceremony at her papa's house since the pandemic changed their original plans. After the ceremony Sam's mom surprised us all with a drive by of about 20 cars of family and friends, and a firetruck to congratulate the newlyweds. There were a lot of laughs, some happy tears, and even lemons! It may not have been their dream wedding but it was definitely a celebration they will never forget and they turned their situation into a delicious pitcher of lemonade.
